Return & Exchange Policy
Posh Boutique will gladly accept returns on apparel, footwear and essentials for full merchandise credit (to be used towards a future purchase); no refunds will be issued. Posh Boutique must receive the merchandise within 10 days of the date that the item is shipped to you and while Posh Couture will gladly accept your returns, Posh Couture will not be responsible for paying the postage on the return. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. In order to expedite the return process, please return all items in their original packaging, including: hangers, polybags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags and gift boxes.
We DO NOT accept returns on Posh Sale items, one of a kind art work, or otherwise noted objects.
