Kim O’Neil
Kimberly O’Neil is a woman on a mission to help nonprofits in the Dallas-Fort Worth areas and around the country. Despite her upward mobility in city government, O’Neil ended her career to follow her true passion – aiding nonprofits. She started the Third Hand Resource Den, a philanthropic strategy and nonprofit consulting services company in 2010. She also founded Leadership Den, a development and mentor program for emerging leaders under 35.One of her other passions is spur of the moment traveling and because of this she opened her full service travel agency, H Kay Travel Services in 2008. Kim is is the official travel planner for POSH and has coordinated several group trips for our clients. She will be part of the POSH team of bloggers bringing great travel suggestions from great places around the world.
