In case you haven’t noticed already, Libby and I are slightly obsessed with Tone It Up. We follow their workouts, stick to their meal plans (Libby more than me, if I’m being honest), and cross our fingers that our bodies will look that amazing by June 20th (the first day of Summer).
A few weeks ago, Libby told you all about the Self/Tone It Up Drop 10 challenge and today I’m telling you all about the TIU Spring ’12 Bikini Series. For the next 8 weeks, Tone It Up will feature weekly fitness videos, printable fitness routines, daily challenges and LOTS of prizes and giveaways. Last year, one lucky subscriber got a chance to fly to California and spend a girls weekend with Karena and Katrina just for participating in the challenge. All you have to do is check Toneitup.TV each Tuesday for a new workout, check in with your trainers on Facebook or Twitter, and keep yourself on track food-wise.
It may seem like a lot, but you’re worth it! Take the time to plan your meals for the week every Sunday night, or wake up a little early in the mornings so you can get a quick jog in before work. If you slip, and we all do, just get back on it the next day. We’re only 2 short months away from Summer, and I don’t know about you, but I plan to get a lot of use out of my bathing suit this year!
