Let’s back up. If you weren’t aware, Beyonce announced on the black carpet of the MTV VMA awards a couple weeks back that she was finally popping out a baby with mega star husband, Jay-Z. The world went bonkers, we screamed at our TV, yada-yada-yada. After that, a twitter war broke out saying that everyone thought Beyonce selfishly stole the show (as if there was a show to steal? She was the only good part about the whole thing!) by dropping such may-jor news in a public place. Here’s how it went down:

So now, here we are three weeks later, and MediaTakeout.com is swearing that Bey used a prosthetic baby bump to make her look further along, thereby making it a more dramatic announcement. They say she’s not even 2 months along, and if you’ve seen our Beyonce’s abs prior to this pregnancy, you know she would barely be showing at 2 months! We feel a little bamboozled. But we probably should have known, did you see that outfit she wore during her performance? Paneled pants at 3 months along? Please. We were all totally taken advantage of.

Are we really taking MTO seriously? Beyonce is one of the most respectable celebrities out there! She has never been a media whore or done random things as “publicity stunts”. She’s actually quite secretive with her personal life. Let’s get real ladies, Bey is the kind of woman we should want children to look up to.
