Although you’ve famously heard this model’s name in collaboration with retail giant Victoria’s Secret, she has a whole different side of editorial fashion modeling that we’re focusing on today. Brazilian born Alessandra Ambrosio decided at just 8 years old that she wanted to be a model (talk about driven!), and enrolled in her first modeling class at just age 12. She got her break at age 15 and landed herself on the cover of Brazilian Elle magazine shortly thereafter. There’s really no where to go but up when you move to New York and supermodel Gisele Bundchen lets you crash in her apartment while model Adriana Lima is teaching you English. She has since walked for every major name you can think of, as well as been the face of more brands than we even have space to list. At only 29 years old, she is considered to be one of the most beautiful women in the world, and we happen to agree.
